Chef Darrell is a culinary graduate from Wallace State Community College. Tiffany is a member of Association of Bridal Consulants. Our passion is shown through our work in the kitchen and front of the house. Chef Darrell has worked in civic centers, country clubs, restaurants, and has catered everything from picnics to weddings. Darrell serves as Sous Chef for Wallace State where he manages the full service cafeteria.

The price of the event depends on many things. The menu itself, the number of guests, the duration of the event, the staffing required and other special needs all combine to generate the “price per person” charged. After meeting with you and determining the answers to all of the above questions, a price would be quoted. Here at Echols Catering we do not use “pre-planned” menus and prices. Our personalized service helps meet your needs and enables us to give you the best price possible.
