HOW DO I BOOK WITH ECHOLS CATERING?
 
Call and schedule a consutlation, 50 % depoist is required to secure date. 
 
ONCE WE SIGN THE CONTRACT, CAN WE CHANGE  OUR MENU?Yes, but a two week notice in needed for all addtions to guest count and changes to menu items.           
 
 
 
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE BOOK WITH YOU, AND THEN WE NEED TO CANCEL, DO WE GET OUR DEPOSIT BACK?
 
 
All prepayments and deposits are forfeited if you, the client, cancel the event at any time.
 
 
 
I NOTICED ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE PRESET MENUS, WHY?
 
The price of the event depends on many things. The menu itself, the number of guests, the duration of the event, the staffing required and other special needs all combine to generate the “price per person” charged. After meeting with you and determining the answers to all of the above questions, a price would be quoted. Here at Echols Catering we do not use “pre-planned” menus and prices. Our personalized service helps meet your needs and enables us to give you the best price possible.
